I was born on December 10, 1976. I was born in Sialkot Pakistan. In case you’re wondering, I didn’t just wake up and decide to be a writer. Writing is as natural to me as breathing. It was always a dream of mine to become a novelist so I worked at it. I never thought I would become a famous novelist at such a young age.

I went to school to learn my craft. I went to Murray College in Sialkot and got my Master’s degree in English Literature. An interesting fact about me is that even though I have a Master’s degree in English Literature, I am able to write in Urdu language. It’s my native language so I wanted to write Urdu novels.I was fortunate that the first story I sent to a magazine was published right away. My first publication was Zindagi Gulzar Hai. In 1998, I sent this article to a monthly digest. They enjoyed it so much that they wanted me to write a full length novel based on it.

I didn’t think much would come of this article, but it became a hit. I just wanted to submit it to see if I had what it took to become a writer. I wrote other stories for this digest which helped lead to my writing career.In my career, I was an English teacher at Army Public College in Sialkot. English isn’t my first language, but I mastered it enough that I could teach it to students. Even though I enjoyed the job, I quit to devote my time to my writing.

It was calling out to me and I had to answer the call. I remained devoted to my writing and it was a wise decision for me. I never looked back once I decided to devote my time to writing.In case you are wondering what inspires me to write, I write based on life experiences. I believe there is a story everywhere.

I am also inspired to write because I am able to be creative and have been given opportunities in my field to write. I am a fiction writer, but I enjoy being called a philosopher.

I love giving advice on relationships. I write what I want to write and I am happy that my fans accept it. It led me to write different novels.I have written 16 books so far in my career.

If you are not familiar with my books, you may be familiar with the plays that have been written based on my books. I have also written scripts for dramas. My novels and plays have been turned into TV programs which is a wonderful accomplishment for me. I am amazed at how much people can relate to my characters.

I like to write hidden messages in my stories. I love to leave my readers thinking.

I enjoy giving my fans food for thought.Some of my successful novels are Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan, Daam, Doraha, Uraan, Behadd, Sauda, etc. My most popular book is Peer-e-Kamil. I have received great praise with this novel.I have been blessed to win awards for my work. One of the awards that I have won is for best writer. I won this award for the drama series “Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan”. This show is very popular and I am thankful for that. It airs in different countries in the world.My work has become very popular in India.

The shows are “Zindagi Gulzar Hai”, “Maat”, and “Behadd”. I wrote these shows based on relationships between men and women.

The relationships between men and women have always intrigued me. These relationships are inspirational to me. The situations between men and women inspire me to want to write for them. The irony is that I am not a romantic person despite the way I write my characters.For those of you who may not know, I am a married woman.

I married a wonderful man named Arsam Aftab. I am a private person so I didn’t want to have a big and lavish wedding. The only people I had in attendance at my wedding are people who are close to me. My wedding didn’t stay private for long because it spread through social media like wildfire.I am currently writing my first Urdu feature film. I am still willing to work in India, but I can’t work there as much. I’m still working on two drama series and will continue to write a novel a year.

Peer e kamil my favourite. Mujhy real life me Umer Jahangir to nhi mila but i have my Salar sikander now:) but aadaat meri Aleezeh jesi hain. Alot of prayer n best wishes for you.
